A Results outcome let's person who completes a checklist select a outcome result for the checklist. For example you might want to mark a checklist as Approved or Not approved. This is done using a Result outcome.
To add a result outcome add an outcome to the template or checklist and select Results from the outcome options.
In the input field that is showed, add a new result by entering the result title and click the Add result button. In this example we are adding a Approved result.
The new result will be added to a list of results under the input field. You can add up to 10 results options.
When a user completes a checklist a flyout is opened with a list of result options to select. Selecting a result is required in order to be able to mark the checklist as completed.
